What this experience is like in depth

Gene Keys Reading is a spiritual and contemplative practice. It is gene Keys, founded by Richard Rudd, uses the same birth data as Human Design to generate a profile of 64 Gene Keys, each describing a shadow, gift, and siddhi for inner work. It works with the understanding that healing is not only about insight but also about what is felt, witnessed, and released in the body, relationships, and environment. In a session, you receive your Gene Keys profile. The practitioner explains your core sequences (Life's Work, Evolution, Radiance, Purpose) and invites contemplation of specific keys. You will listen, reflect, journal, and contemplate the keys over time. This is offered one-on-one, typically 60 to 90 minutes, and this is a touch-free experience. People often choose this when they are carrying Spiritual Disconnection, Loss of Purpose, Repeating Patterns, Feeling Stuck, and Shame. Over time, this work can become a way of relating to yourself with less fear and more capacity.
