What this experience is like in depth

Qigong is a body-based approach. It is a family of Chinese practices coordinating gentle movement, breath, and awareness to cultivate qi (life energy). It works with the understanding that healing is not only about insight but also about what is felt, witnessed, and released in the body, relationships, and environment. In a session, you follow a teacher through slow standing forms, sometimes seated variations, with focused breathing. You will stand, breathe deeply, move slowly through simple sequences. This is offered either one-on-one or in a group setting, typically 30 to 75 minutes, and this is a touch-free experience. People often choose this when they are carrying Nervous System Overload, Burnout, Anxiety, Emotional Numbness, and Spiritual Disconnection. Over time, this work can become a way of relating to yourself with less fear and more capacity.
