What this experience is like in depth

Yin Yoga is a body-based approach. It is a slow yoga style where postures are held three to seven minutes to reach deeper fascia and ligaments while the mind settles. It works with the understanding that healing is not only about insight but also about what is felt, witnessed, and released in the body, relationships, and environment. In a session, you move through a small sequence of seated and reclined shapes with props, held long, in near silence or with soft cues. You will fold, recline, breathe, stay still, notice sensation. This is offered either one-on-one or in a group setting, typically 60 to 90 minutes, and this is a touch-free experience. People often choose this when they are carrying Burnout, Anxiety, Nervous System Overload, and Feeling Stuck. Over time, this work can become a way of relating to yourself with less fear and more capacity.
